I am a very big fan of fish and we try to integrate it in our diet at least 3-4 times a week. It can be expensive, hard to find and takes a lot of creativity to prepare so many times a month, but with all the health benefits, it is definitely worth it.
McLean and I went Monterey Bay for a biking holiday a year ago and visited their aquarium. Apart from all the fascinating facts and animals we saw, I was given a very handy seafood guide.
